Sex on the Beach

1/4 shot vodka
1/4 shot peach schnapps
1/4 shot orange juice
1/4 shot cranberry juice

Serve in chilled shot glass.

White Russian

1 1/2 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz coffee liqueur milk

Mix the shots and top up a tall glass with fresh milk

The Screaming Orgasm

3/4 oz Kahlua
3/4 oz Irish Cream
3/4 oz Amaretto
3/4 oz Vodka
ice

Shake extremely well!

Cosmopolitan Classic

3/4 oz vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz lime juice

Add ingredients to cocktail mixer, shake, then strain into a chilled martini glass

Rum Runner

1/2 oz Bacardi Black Rum
1/4 oz Bacardi 151 rum
3/4 oz creme de bananae
3/4 oz blackberry brandy
1/2 oz grenadine
3/4 oz lime juice

Mix in a blender with ice. Serve in a 12 oz glass.

Chi-Chi

2 oz light rum
1/2 oz blackberry brandy
4
oz pineapple juice

Pour into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and serve in chilled collins glass and garnish with cherry and pineapple wedge.

Screwdriver


1 1/2 oz vodka
4 1/2 oz  fresh squeezed orange juice, ice cold

1 oz  lemon juice
Combine in tall glass filled with cube ice and stir.

Tropical Cocktail

2 oz Jamaican rum
1/4 oz
lime juice
1slice pineapple (per 4 drinks)
1 dash grenadine (per drink)
Sprinkle a pineapple slice with sugar, and beat in blender with other ingredients. Pour unstrained, and serve with short straw in champagne glass.

Honey Bee

1 1/2 oz Jamaica rum
1oz lime juice
1/2
oz honey
In a shaker with ice combine all ingredients. Shake well and strain into sour glass filled with cracked ice.

International Cocktail

2 oz gin
1/4
oz French (dry) vermouth
1/4 oz Absinthe (Pernod)
In a chilled cocktail glass swirl vermouth. In a mixing glass filled with ice combine gin and absinthe. Stir gently and strain into cocktail glass. Decorate with a twist of lime peel.

Pink Daiquiri

3 oz white label rum
1 oz
lime juice
1/2 oz grenadine
Shake strenuosly with fine shaved ice, or beat in electric mixer. Pour without straining into champagne glass, and serve with short straw.

Lotus Club Cocktail

2 oz whiskey
2-3
drops bitters
1 dash Pernod
1 lump sugar
For each drink muddle a lump of sugar with a few drops of bitters. Add a dash of pernod and a jigger or more of whiskey. Stir and pour over a cube of ice in an old-fashioned glass. Twist a lemon peel over each drink.

Margarita

2 Parts Tequila
1 Part Cointreau or Triple Sec
Lime

Salt frost a cocktail glass, by first dipping the rim into some lime juice, and then into some salt.
Place the tequila, cointreau /triple sec and the juice of a lime into a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake well.
Strain and serve in the cocktail glass.

Manhattan

2 ounces rye or bourbon whiskey

1/2 ounce sweet vermouth

1 dash of Angostura bitters

Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Rum Punch

- 2 oz. Rum
- 1/2 oz. rock candy syrup
- freshly squeezed juice of 1 lime
- 3 oz. fresh orange juice
- pinch of freshly ground nutmeg
- dash of bitters

Shake all ingredients until well-blended and strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and orange twist.

SEA BREEZE

- 2 oz Vodka
- 3 oz Cranberry Juice
- 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
- Garnish: Lime Wedge

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain.. Garnish with lime wedge.
